DO I CLEAN SILK TREES AND FLORALS?
We recommend using a feather duster for the removal of dust. We do not recommend using
"silk sprays" for your accents because sprays form a build-up, which is very
hard to remove.
HOW LONG DO SILK
ACCENTS LAST?
High quality silks will last as long as your tastes and/or décor stay the same. You will
probably want a change before it's really necessary. And remember, containers can always
be re-filled with "fresh" silks!
ARE SILK ACCENTS SUITABLE FOR USE OUTSIDE?
Although some designers will tell you silks can go outside, we do not recommend it because
of the following factors: extreme heat, direct sunlight, "salty air" near the
ocean and other weather conditions specific to South Florida.
IF I ALREADY OWN OR HAVE A FAVORITE
CONTAINER, CAN FLORAL & HEARTY FILL IT?
Yes, just bring your container to our shop and we will be to create a spectacular
arrangement for you. Based on your décor, the placement and budget we will determine
what's best suited for the container.
WHEN REDECORATING AND/OR MOVING INTO A NEW
HOME, WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PURCHASE SILK ACCENTS?
The best time to purchase your silk trees, accents and accessories is when all of your
furniture has been placed in a room. Our merchandise should be considered the
"finishing touch."
