		RON ERRAIR Ron began his floral career in Detroit, Michigan with Nordlies, Inc. in the early 1970’s. He was quickly promoted to General Manager and opened the Grand Rapids branch. Soon Ron’s branch was the highest grossing branch with sales over 3.5 million. He left Nordlies, in 1991, to start his first of many companies in the floral trade, all of which were bought by larger companies. In 1997, Ron helped found Floral & Hearty Designs and has been an instrumental force in the vision of the company. As the head designer, he provides the strategic direction for the showroom floor, product designs and new lines of merchandise. Ron’s work has been featured in several magazines including Broward Design and Florida Design. Some of his recent clients have been estate homes in Davie and Fort Lauderdale, a 270’ yacht and a condo-conversion building in Jacksonville.

		MICHELE ERRAIR In the early 1990's, Michele began selling silk flowers and trees in Michigan during her summers off from college. Her company, "No Green Thumb Required," traveled to arts and craft shows in the northeast. Her goal back then was to earn enough money for graduate school. After receiving her Masters Degree in Sports Administration, she worked in the sports marketing industry for five years. It was in 1997 when Michele decided to switch gears, relocate to South Florida and found Floral & Hearty Designs. With the guidance and assistance of her father, the company now has two South Florida locations. Although her primary focus is the administration, sales and marketing of the business, through the years Michele has gained a lot of valuable decorating experience by hiring talented designers. She now has her own client base that looks for her opinion when deciding how to decorate their rooms. In the future, Michele hopes to continue to grow the business into more locations throughout Florida.

		BAILEY Serving as the watch dog in Coral Springs, Bailey is Floral & Hearty Designs’ newest addition. Her favorite visitor is our UPS driver and anyone else who brings her treats!
